Our products do not have an expiry date. However, there is a shelf life after the product has been opened. Each product bears an icon on its packaging (illustrating an open jar) which indicates the expiry date after opening, expressed in months.

Product safety assessment is based on the following analyses: - safety assessment of raw materials and finished products, - eye and skin irritation tests carried out by independent toxicologists, - efficacy tests on finished products.
No, we do not test our products on animals, whatever the product development phase.

We don't deliver to Morocco, but we do have an institute at Clinique du cheveu in Casablanca where you can buy our products.

We have 4 shipments a week, with delivery between 3 and 5 working days in mainland France.
We deliver to Luxembourg, just select the country flag at the top of our site.
